Zinc-nickel alloy deposition is an alkaline cyanide-free process in which zinc-nickel layers containing 12 to 15% nickel are deposited in the zinc layer. Zinc-nickel surfaces offer excellent corrosion protection even under extreme loads and high temperatures.
